"ATA has helped me build a career with the knowledge from the classroom while continuously learning and growing every day in the workforce."
A native of Jackson, TN and Union University graduate student, Franklin Ransom first received his undergraduate degree in mathematics and saw accounting as a perfect way to build a career. He got his first feel of the ATA environment at ATA’s internship luncheon at Union University. “I started talking to some of the associates on hand and thought they were really nice people and hoped I could work with them,” said Franklin.

Interns at ATA are given the guidance they need to do work that matters.
ATA internships aren’t your typical experience. Interns at ATA are given the guidance they need to do work that matters. ATA interns have ample opportunities; they are paid, have access to all resources, meetings with executive partners, and more.
Internships at ATA typically run for the length of a school semester or our 9-week Summer Internship Program. Any college or university student in good standing with their university and with interest in our focus areas, maintaining a 3.0 or higher GPA, is eligible to apply for our internships. Additionally, some colleges and universities may offer credit hours for our internships (but please check with your school).
While 100% of our interns walk away with exceptional professional experience, about half of them continue with ATA as full-time employees.
